ZheegaOct 17, 2019 @ 1:58pm. The game really sucks up CPU resources in a city environment. And since your new CPU probably has higher power consumption than the old one -> fans get louder. Get a bigger CPU cooler and/or add fans to the PC case. Also, the game designers could fix this annoying problem!
